There is a Jerome Moulds who lives in Farnhamville, Iowa, in Calhoun County, who belongs to the American Legion Riders Post 510, and wears a Chaplain name tag when he rides his motorcycle.
Moulds appears to work as the Director of Operations at Frontier Sports Park and Speedway.
