Ajai Prakash has signed his name on a petition of Christian Nationalist leaders to the Iowa Legislature, asking that a law be passed that would destroy the marriages of people across Iowa who do not comply with the requirements of their churches. Prakash, along with the other signers of this document, wanted the Iowa state government to make the power of churches a higher priority than the happiness of married couples across Iowa.

Ajai Prakash is pastor of The Well of Iowa in North Liberty, Iowa. That church is also known as the Valley Church of Swisher, Iowa.
